Mytender.io Selected for SETsquared’s Prestigious Investment Futures Showcase.
Foundership alumni company Mytender.io, has been chosen to pitch at the highly regarded SETsquared Investment Futures event in London this November. One of UK’s premier investment showcases for tech, science, and innovation-led startups, the event has helped raise over £160 million for emerging ventures.
MyTender.io, founded by University of Southampton students Jamie Horsnell and Samuel Aaron, uses AI-driven technology to reduce tender response times to transform outdated tendering processes in the construction and facilities management industries. Sam and Jamie initially gained momentum after winning equity-free prize funding from the UoS Student Enterprise Fund BUILD and GROW Pathways in Autumn 23 and Spring 24, later being selected to join the Student Enterprise Foundership 24 cohort over the summer, where they received further funding, office space in the University’s Student Enterprise Junction, expert workshops and dedicated mentorship over a 12-week period.
