Freelancer Club Founder Shares Success Secrets

The latest event in the popular Go Freelance Series welcomed a special guest – Matt Dowling, founder of the Freelancer Club, who delivered an engaging masterclass on all things freelancing at The Student Enterprise Junction.

The session shared expert ‘elite freelancer’ insights in this inspiring session, covering some of the most requested areas of help – from finding your first paying clients to scaling up your freelance operation. Matt shared practical tips on pricing, client relationships, and the realities of working independently – both the exciting opportunities and the challenges that come with being your own boss. His down-to-earth approach and real-world examples really resonated with students who are considering freelancing as either a full-time career or a way to earn extra income alongside their studies.

A major highlight was building on partnership with Matt to give students exclusive access to the Freelancer Club. This platform is packed with online lessons, resources, and mentoring opportunities specifically designed for freelancers at every stage of their journey.
